Plan

A stripboard that warns you first.

Drag scenes from the Unscheduled pool into shooting days. The schedule checks availability and points out conflicts, and it never moves a scene on its own.

Plan the day hour by hour

Each shooting day has a timeline with crew call and target wrap. Add meal breaks, travel and company moves, and see when the day runs over.

  • Board, list and calendar views
  • Off days and filters
  • Finalize the schedule when it is set

Warnings, not surprises

If an actor is needed in two places on the same day, or a location is not available, the schedule tells you. Keep the warning or deal with it.

  • Grouping suggestions you can apply or ignore
  • No automatic optimizer rearranges your days

Good to know

  • When the schedule changes after a call sheet was made, the call sheet asks to be refreshed.

The schedule is built from the scenes of the production script and the Breakdown. Each shooting day becomes a call sheet, a Daily View and sides.
