Shooting scheduleSwitch between Board, List and Calendar
Look at the same schedule as strips, as a table or on a month calendar.
Before you start
- A shooting schedule exists with at least one shooting day.
Steps
On the Schedule tab, click Board.
Board is the working view. The Unscheduled pool is on the left and each day is a column. Drag strips between them, or use the ... menu on a strip. The summary on a day header reads, for example, 3 scenes · 45m · wrap 17:15.
Click List.
One row per scene in scene order, scheduled and unscheduled together. DAY says where the scene is, START shows the start time on that day when the day has times, and EST. TIME reads Missing until you enter an estimate. Click a row to open the scene's details, or use its ... menu.
Click Calendar.
The calendar opens on the month of your first dated day, here November 2026. Each dated day shows its title, its scene count and its call sheet status. Click a day to open its page. Previous month and Next month move through the calendar.
Click Next month (the arrow right of the month name).
The next month, December 2026 here, has no shooting days, so its cells are empty. Days that spill from the month before or after are shown faded.
What you get
You can read the schedule in whichever view suits the question.
Watch out for
- The filter row is on Board and List only. The Calendar always shows every dated day.
- Days without a date do not appear on the calendar grid. They are listed below it under Not yet dated, with a Set date button for each.
