ScheduleFilter the scenes
Narrow the Board, List or Calendar to the scenes that matter right now.
Before you start
- A shooting schedule exists.
Steps
Look at the pop-up menus under the toolbar.
They are All locations, All cast, Day and night, Any length, Scheduled and unscheduled, Any breakdown, All days and Any revision state. Their labels change to the choice you make.
Click a menu, for example Day and night, and choose a value.
The day and night menu offers Day scenes and Night scenes, as well as the default. Each of the other menus lists its own values, such as the locations in your project or the cast members.
Read the result.
In the picture the scheduled state is set to Unscheduled. Scenes that do not match are dimmed, and the text Showing 7 of 10 scenes appears with a Clear filters button. Click Clear filters to turn every filter off.
What you get
Only the scenes that match are highlighted, and you know how many match.
Watch out for
- Filters change only what you see. They never move or hide a scene from the schedule.
