Shooting schedule

Go from a day to its call sheet

Create or open the call sheet for a shooting day from the schedule.

Beginner3 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • A shooting day with scenes exists.

Steps

  1. On a day that has no call sheet, click Create Call Sheet.

The button is at the bottom right of the scenes, beside Export. The Call sheets tutorials explains what happens next. Off days have no call sheet.

  2. On a day that already has one, click Open Call Sheet.

The panel's Call sheet line says its status, for example Needs refresh. The board header chip says Call sheet: Draft, Needs refresh or Final.

  3. You can do the same from the day menu with Open Call Sheet or Create Call Sheet.

The menu entry follows the day: Open Call Sheet when one exists, Create Call Sheet when none does.

What you get

You are in the call sheet for the day, or have created it.

Watch out for

  • If you change a day after making its call sheet, the day shows Call sheet: Needs refresh and a warning. The call sheet is never rewritten for you.
