Shooting scheduleExport the schedule as PDF, spreadsheet or CSV
Save the whole schedule, one day or chosen days as a file you can print or send.
Before you start
- A shooting schedule exists.
Steps
On the Board, List or Calendar, click Export at the top right.
The Export Shooting Schedule dialog names the Source, for example Shooting Schedule · Second Draft. Under WHAT ARE YOU EXPORTING? choose Entire schedule or Selected days. Current day only is greyed out here, because you are not on a day page.
Choose Selected days, and tick the days you want. Then pick a FORMAT.
The days appear as tick boxes. Export needs at least one day ticked. Formats are PDF (printable), Spreadsheet (XLSX) and CSV. The line below shows the suggested file name, for example Night Bus - Shooting Schedule followed by the date and the extension.
Under OPTIONS, tick or untick Include unscheduled scenes and Include scene notes.
Include unscheduled scenes is on by default, and Include scene notes is off. A note says: Private notes excluded. Export is a snapshot of the schedule; the schedule is not changed.
To export one day, open its day page and click Export there.
The same dialog opens with Current day only (Shoot Day 1 · Mon 9 Nov 2026) available, ready to choose.
Click Export…, then choose where to save the file in the Windows window that opens.
When the file is saved an Export complete box lists the document, source, scope, format and where it was saved, with Reveal in File Manager and Close. Cancel closes the dialog without exporting.
What you get
You have a file of the schedule, and the schedule itself is unchanged.
Watch out for
- Private notes are never exported.
- An export is a snapshot. Change the schedule later and export again to get a new file.
