Call sheetsStart a new revision of a final call sheet
Change a call sheet after it was finalized without touching the final version.
Before you start
- A call sheet is Final and the schedule changed afterwards.
Steps

It says The schedule changed after this call sheet was finalized, names what changed, for example Times, and ends The final version never changes; start a new revision to update it. Start New Revision is in the banner and in the Source panel.
Click Start New Revision.
The review dialog opens. You can start a revision whenever you want, even when nothing has changed.
Read the dialog Update call sheet: review changes and click Create New Revision.
The table compares the final sheet with the schedule. Changed rows are tinted, here Schedule rows and Times. A note says This call sheet is final, so the update becomes a new revision and the final version stays unchanged. Cancel closes the dialog without a new revision.
Look at the new sheet.
It is called Call Sheet: Day 4 (v2) and is a Draft. The paper says CALL SHEET · REVISION 2, you can edit it again, and a message says Started a new call sheet revision. The final one is unchanged. with an Undo button. A REVISIONS list in the Source panel shows v2 Draft and v1 Final. Click a revision to open it.
Click v1 in the REVISIONS list to look at the old sheet.
A blue banner says A newer revision replaced this one. This final version stays unchanged as a record, with Open newer revision to jump to v2. Only Export PDF remains in the Source panel. Start New Revision is gone because a newer one already exists.
What you get
A draft revision 2 exists, ready to edit and finalize. Revision 1 stays final and unchanged.
Watch out for
- Finalize revision 2 when it is ready, so people know which sheet is current.
- If you click Undo right after starting the revision, the new draft is removed.
