Call sheetsComplete the location details
Add the address, meeting point, hospital and emergency contact for each location.
Before you start
- A draft call sheet is open.
Steps
Scroll to LOCATIONS and find the first numbered card, for example 01 RAYAPURAM BUS STAND.
One card is made for each location used by the day's scenes. The count, for example 4 locations, is at the right of the heading. If no scene has a location, the section says Needs input: no location for these scenes.
Type the Address.
Address reads Needs input until you fill it. Address, Parking and Access are carried over from the location when the project has them. Meeting point and Notes start empty.
Type the Meeting point, Access and Parking if they matter for the day.
These are optional. Use Meeting point for where the crew gathers if it is not the shooting address.
Type the Nearest hospital and the Emergency contact for the location.
Both read Needs input until you fill them. The hospital also appears in Practical / Safety information, and the two boxes stay the same value: typing in one updates the other.
Repeat for every location card, then look at the Practical / Safety information section.
There is one nearest-hospital card per location, for example RAYAPURAM BUS STAND · NEAREST HOSPITAL, so you can check them all in one place.
What you get
Every location has an address, a hospital and an emergency contact on the sheet.
Watch out for
- These details are saved in the call sheet only. They are not written back to the location in your project.
