StoryRename a sequence and review its scenes
Change a sequence's name, see its scenes in one place and add a note or attachments.
Before you start
- The Beat Board has a sequence.
Steps
Control-click the sequence heading.
The menu lists Open, Rename, Move…, Move Up, Move Down, Move to Previous Act, Move to Next Act and Delete.
Choose Rename, type the new name and press Return.
The name is edited in place on the board, the same way it was typed when the sequence was added.
Choose Open to see the sequence in the inspector.
The panel says SEQUENCE and has a Sequence name box, a Scenes (4) list that names every scene in it, a Note box, and Attachments with Attach… (up to 50). Delete is at the foot.
What you get
The sequence has the name you want, and you can see all its scenes in one list.
Watch out for
- Delete is in the sequence menu. If you want to keep its scenes in the story, move them to another sequence first.
