Turn a beat into a scene card

Promote a beat to a scene card without losing the original thought.

Before you start

Open the beat and click Convert to Scene at the foot of the inspector. From the board you can also Control-click the beat and choose Convert to Scene.
A note in the panel says: Convert to Scene creates a new Scene Card from this text. The beat stays behind marked Converted so no thought is lost.

Read the message at the bottom: Converted Beat to a Scene Card. The beat stays, marked Converted.
The sequence now counts one more scene. The new scene card opens in the inspector, and the old beat is still on the board, labelled Beat: Meera decides to walk (converted). Click Undo in the message to take the conversion back, or Dismiss to close it.

A new scene card exists with the beat's text, and the beat remains marked Converted.

Undo is offered only in the message at the bottom. If you dismiss it, delete the new card by hand if you did not want it.
