Schedule

Change the schedule settings

Rename the schedule, set the target day length and choose strict validation.

Intermediate4 stepsMac

Before you start

  • A shooting schedule exists.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the toolbar.

This opens the schedule settings, not the application Settings.

  2. Edit Name, Target day length and Status in the Schedule settings sheet.

Target day length is shown as a number of hours, for example 10h. The note says: Days whose estimates exceed this show a warning. Each day can override it. Status is a pop-up that reads Active.

  3. Turn on Strict validation: ask before keeping a change that creates a warning if you want that.

The note says: Warnings never block you by default. With strict validation, a change that creates a new warning needs an explicit “Keep Anyway”.

  4. If you empty Name, the sheet shows a message.

The message reads: Write a name for the schedule. Type a name, then click Save. Cancel closes the sheet without a change.

What you get

The schedule uses the new name, target length and validation setting.
