ScheduleExport the schedule or one day
Save the whole schedule, one day or chosen days as a PDF, spreadsheet or CSV file.
Before you start
- A shooting schedule exists.
Steps
Click Export in the toolbar. On a day's page, click Export under the scenes.
Both open the Export Shooting Schedule sheet. From a day's page, Current day only is chosen for you.
Under What are you exporting?, choose Entire schedule, Current day only or Selected days.
The first line names the source, the schedule and the screenplay it comes from.
Under Format choose PDF, Spreadsheet (XLSX) or CSV, and tick the options you want.
The suggested file name updates, for example Night Bus - Shooting Schedule.pdf. Include unscheduled scenes adds the scenes that are not in a day. Include scene notes adds scene notes. The sheet says: Private notes excluded. Export is a snapshot of the schedule; the schedule is not changed.
Click Export… and choose a place for the file in the Mac save panel that opens.
Cancel closes the sheet without a file.
What you get
You have a file of the schedule, or the days you chose, outside OpenFrame.
Watch out for
- The file is a snapshot. If you change the schedule later, export again.
