Call SheetsRefresh a call sheet after the schedule changes
Review what changed in the schedule and bring the call sheet up to date without losing what you typed.
Before you start
- A draft call sheet is open, and the schedule may have changed since you made it.
Steps
In the side panel, click Refresh from schedule.
The call sheet reads from the schedule. When a scene moves or a day changes, the sheet can fall behind. In the list such a sheet is marked Needs refresh.
In the Update call sheet: review changes sheet, read the table.
The sheet says Nothing is applied until you click Apply Update. The table compares each Area: Date, Day, Scenes, Schedule rows, Cast, Locations, Times, Day notes, Meal and breaks, and Travel. The columns are Now in call sheet and After update. When nothing differs, a green line says This call sheet already matches the schedule.
Click Apply Update to accept the changes, or Cancel to leave the sheet as it is.
A note says: Your call times, notes, contacts and added sections are kept where they still apply. Only the parts that come from the schedule are replaced.
What you get
The call sheet matches the schedule again, with your typed details kept where they still apply.
Watch out for
- Nothing is changed until you click Apply Update. Cancel is always safe.
- A final sheet has no Refresh from schedule button. Start a new revision instead.
