Call Sheets

Use the row actions in the list

Open, refresh, finalize, export or delete a call sheet without opening it first.

Beginner3 stepsMac

Before you start

  • The Call Sheets page has a call sheet.

Steps

  1. Click Open on a row to edit the sheet, or Export to make a PDF.

Open and Export are on every row. The Actions button at the right opens a menu for the same sheet.

  2. Click Actions on a row.

The menu has Open, Refresh, Finalize and Export PDF…, then a divider and Delete. Refresh is greyed out when the sheet already matches the schedule.

  3. Choose Export PDF… or click Export on the row.

The Export Call Sheet sheet opens for that sheet. It says Creates the PDF snapshot to send and names the source, for example Call Sheet: Day 1 · Draft. See Export a call sheet as a PDF for each control.

What you get

You can reach every action for a call sheet from its row.

Watch out for

  • Delete in this menu removes the sheet after you confirm. See Delete a call sheet.
