Call SheetsExport a call sheet as a PDF
Create a PDF of the call sheet to send to cast and crew.
Before you start
- A call sheet is open, ideally a final one.
Steps
In the side panel, click Export PDF.
The Export Call Sheet sheet opens. It says Creates the PDF snapshot to send and names the source, for example Call Sheet: Day 1 · Draft.
Tick or untick Include the added sections.
The box reads: Include the added sections (weather, extras, department notes, advance schedule, crew, contacts, attachments, reference images). It is ticked when the sheet opens. Untick it to print the main sheet only.
Read the suggested file name, then click Export… and choose where to save the file.
The Suggested file name looks like Night Bus - Call Sheet Day 1 - 2026-10-28.pdf. A note says: Private notes excluded. Export does not change the shooting schedule. Finalize the call sheet before sending it. Cancel closes the sheet without making a file.
What you get
A PDF of the call sheet is saved where you chose.
Watch out for
- Finalize the sheet before you send it, so the PDF matches a frozen version.
- The PDF is a snapshot. Changing the sheet later does not change a PDF you already made.
