Call Sheets

Start a new revision of a final call sheet

Change a call sheet you already finalized without altering the version you sent.

Intermediate4 stepsMac

Before you start

  • A final call sheet is open.

Steps

  1. In the side panel, click Start New Revision.

Start New Revision replaces the editing buttons on a final sheet. The final version cannot be edited in place.

  2. In the Update call sheet: review changes sheet, read the comparison.

It has the same table as a refresh, with Now in call sheet and After update for each Area. The note says: Your call times, notes, contacts and added sections are kept where they still apply. This call sheet is final, so the update becomes a new revision and the final version stays unchanged.

  3. Click Create New Revision, or Cancel to stay on the final sheet.

The new revision opens as a draft you can edit, refresh and finalize again.

  4. Go back to Call Sheets and look at the Revision column.

Each shooting day shows its current revision, for example v1. Tick Show replaced revisions to see the older ones too.

What you get

You have a new draft revision, and the final version you sent is unchanged.

Watch out for

  • Send the new revision again once it is final, so everyone has the latest times.
