Call SheetsFind a call sheet with search and filters
Narrow the list by name, by status, or to include older revisions.
Before you start
- The Call Sheets page has one or more call sheets.
Steps
Look at the list and the controls above it.
All is selected when you arrive, so every call sheet shows. Draft shows sheets still being edited, Needs refresh shows sheets that no longer match the schedule and Final shows sheets you froze. Each button shows how many sheets it holds.
Click Search and type part of a shoot day, for example Day 2.
The list narrows to the matching rows. Here only Shoot Day 2 (Tue 15 Jun 2027) remains.
If nothing matches, the table says No matching call sheets.
Check the spelling or clear the search box to see every sheet again.
Clear the search and click Final.
Only final sheets show. If there are none, the table says No matching call sheets. Click All to see everything again.
Tick Show replaced revisions to include sheets that a newer revision has replaced.
Older revisions are hidden by default so the list shows one row per shooting day. The picture shows the list after a sheet was finalized: Shoot Day 1 and Shoot Day 2, each with Open and Export.
What you get
The list shows just the call sheets you are looking for.
Watch out for
- A filter stays on until you click All. If the list looks short, check which filter is lit.
