Add a second sheet for the next shooting day and see both in the list.

Beginner4 stepsMac

Before you start

  • One call sheet exists and the schedule has another shooting day.

Steps

  1. On the Call Sheets page, click Create Call Sheet at the top right.

The page now shows a table with one row, here Shoot Day 1 · Mon 14 Jun 2027 as Draft, with Open and Export on the row. The search box and the filters All, Draft, Needs refresh and Final sit above it.

  2. Choose the next day, for example Shoot Day 2 · Tue 15 Jun 2027, in Source shooting day, then click Create Call Sheet.

The sheet is the same one as before, shown over the list. Pick a Template if you want one.

  3. Fill in the new sheet.

It reads Call Sheet: Day 2 with 1 scene · 0 cast members · 1 location and SHOOT DAY 02, TUESDAY 15 JUNE 2027, Day 2 of 3. The counts differ because this day has different scenes. It shows 4 values read Needs input.

  4. Click Call Sheets at the top left of the editor to go back to the list.

The list now has a row for each day: Shoot Day 1 (Mon 14 Jun 2027) and Shoot Day 2 (Tue 15 Jun 2027), both Draft, revision v1.

What you get

Each shooting day you need has its own call sheet in the list.

Watch out for

  • A day with no cast scheduled gives a sheet with 0 cast members. Schedule the scenes first, then refresh the sheet.
