Shooting schedule

Change the schedule name, target day length and status

Rename the schedule, set the default day length used for warnings, and mark it Draft, Active or Finalized.

Intermediate3 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • A shooting schedule exists.

Steps

  1. Click the Schedule settings button, the small sliders icon next to Export.

The Schedule settings dialog opens with Name * (required), Target day length, Status and a Strict validation checkbox. Target day length is the length beyond which a day shows a warning, and each day can override it with its own Day target.

  2. Edit Name, and type a Target day length such as 10h or 11h 30m.

Status is Draft, Active or Finalized (no further changes until reopened). Click Save to keep the changes or Cancel to leave.

  3. If the Target day length is not a length, for example abc, read the message.

It says: Enter the target day length, e.g. 10h or 11h 30m. Save does not go through until it is valid.

What you get

The schedule has its new name, target length and status. The message reads Changed schedule settings.

Watch out for

  • Changing the status to Finalized is a larger step. See Finalize a schedule and reopen it.
