Shooting schedule

Finalize a schedule and reopen it

Lock the plan once it is agreed, and open it for changes again when the plan has to change.

Intermediate3 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • The schedule is ready to be agreed.

Steps

  1. Open Schedule settings, set Status to Finalized (no further changes until reopened) and click Save.

The picture shows the dialog with Finalized chosen. The message reads Marked the schedule Finalized.

  2. Look at the top of the Schedule tab.

A green bar says: This schedule is finalized. Reopen it in settings to make changes. It has a Reopen… button. The blue banner above it now ends with Finalized.

  3. To change the plan again, click Reopen… and set Status back to Draft or Active, then click Save.

Reopen… opens Schedule settings. The dialog is the same, with Finalized still chosen until you change it.

What you get

A finalized schedule is marked as agreed, and it can be reopened at any time.

Watch out for

  • While the schedule is finalized, make no changes. Reopen it first.
