SettingsRead where the project is stored, your licence and the version
Use the side card and the sections below the form to find the project folder, your licence line and the OpenFrame version.
Before you start
- A project is open and you are on the Project settings tab.
Steps
Read the Stored on this computer card to the right of the form.
It shows the full path of the project folder, then Open project location, which shows the folder in Windows File Explorer, and Move or back up…, which opens the Storage tab. It also shows when the project was created and last changed, and says: The project works fully offline. Everything stays in this folder.
Scroll down the page to LICENCE and ABOUT OPENFRAME STUDIO.
LICENCE gives a short summary of the licence of this copy of OpenFrame and says where it was installed from. ABOUT OPENFRAME STUDIO shows the version number. Quote the version if you contact support.
What you get
You can find the project folder and tell support which version you run.
Watch out for
- Do not rename or delete the project folder in File Explorer. Rename and delete from Application Home so the project list stays correct.
