Production Plan: overview and catalogSearch and filter the Catalog
Narrow the list to one category, a name you type, or archived items.
Before you start
- The Catalog has items.
Steps
Type in the Search catalog box.
The list updates as you type and matches names. Clear the box to see everything again.
Click a category button: All, Props, Wardrobe, Vehicles, Cast or Locations.
The selected button turns dark. In the picture Props is selected, so only the two props are listed. All shows every category.
Click More to open the menu of other categories.
The menu lists Extras / Background, Hair / Makeup, Special Effects, VFX, Sound and Animals. Click one to filter by it.
If nothing fits, the page says No catalog items match.
In the picture the category from More is Sound, and there is no sound item. The More button now shows the chosen category name, here Sound. Click All or clear the search to go back.
To include items you have archived, tick Show archived at the top right.
Archived items are hidden by default. When you tick the box they join the list, drawn paler and marked Archived.
What you get
The table shows only the items you asked for.
Watch out for
- If a filter hides items you expect to see, check which category button is selected and whether the search box has text.
