MoodboardsAdd a web link to a board
Keep a web address with a title on the canvas as a reference.
Before you start
- A moodboard is open.
Steps
Click Add link above the canvas. In the Add link dialog, type the address in the Web address * box.
Web address * is required and the box shows https://… as a hint. Title is optional. A hint under it gives an example name. Add Link stays greyed out until the web address box has something in it.
Type a Title, for example Blue hour reference, and click Add Link.
The card shows the title in bold, with the site name under it. If you leave Title empty, the card shows the web address instead.
Look for the new link card, and double-click it to open the page.
In the picture, the card Monsoon palette reads link and example.com under its title. Double-clicking a link card opens its address outside OpenFrame. OpenFrame itself never loads the page, it only keeps the address and title. You can also copy a web address and paste it onto the canvas with Ctrl+V, which adds a link card, and pasted plain text becomes a note.
What you get
A link card is on the board.
Watch out for
- A link card is only a reference. The page is not saved in your project.
