Call sheets

Use the row menu in the list

Open, refresh, finalize or delete a call sheet straight from the list.

Beginner3 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • The list shows at least one call sheet.

Steps

  1. Click the ... button at the end of a row. Its name is the sheet's name followed by actions, for example Call Sheet: Day 1 actions.

Open, Export and the ... button sit at the right of every row. Double-clicking a row also opens it.

  2. Choose an item from the menu.

Open opens the editor. Refresh opens the editor with the review dialog already showing; it is greyed out unless the schedule changed, the sheet is not replaced and the shooting day still exists. Finalize opens the editor with the finalize dialog; it is greyed out on a final sheet. Delete, in red below a divider, removes the sheet.

  3. You can also right-click a row.

The same four items open next to the pointer: Open, Refresh, Finalize and Delete.

What you get

You can reach the main actions without opening the sheet first.

Watch out for

  • Delete is immediate. A message with Undo appears afterwards. See Delete a call sheet.
