Call sheetsFinalize when the crew call is missing
Recover when Finalize asks for the crew call time.
Before you start
- A call sheet whose Crew call is empty.
Steps
Click Finalize… and look at the box in the dialog.
Crew call shows Needs input in red. The dialog still lets you click Finalize.
Click Finalize, then read the red message at the bottom: Enter the crew call time before finalizing.
The dialog closes and nothing is finalized. The Crew call box is outlined in red and the cursor is placed in it.
Type the crew call, for example 07:00, then click Finalize… again.
The red outline clears as soon as you type. Then the finalize dialog works as usual.
What you get
With a crew call entered, the call sheet finalizes.
Watch out for
- The crew call is the only value that blocks finalizing.
