Windows tutorials › Breakdown
BreakdownGive the script more room
Hide the scene list, the breakdown panel or both while you read.
Before you start
- The project has a Production Source and a scene is open.
Steps
Click Hide scenes in the source bar.
The scene list closes and the script and the panel use the room. The button now reads Show scenes. Click it to bring the list back.
Click Hide panel to close the breakdown panel instead.
The script page widens and its lines wrap less. The button reads Show panel. OpenFrame remembers a hidden panel the next time you open Breakdown. The scene list comes back each time you open the page.
Hide both to read the script on its own.
Only the source bar and the script remain. The bar keeps Change source, Export, Show scenes and Show panel, so you can open either part again.
What you get
You can read a scene full width and bring the lists back when you need them.
Watch out for
- With the panel hidden you do not see suggestions or confirmed elements. Click Show panel before you tag or accept anything.
