Production PlanExport a moodboard as a PDF
Make a PDF of a board to share, choosing what goes in it.
Before you start
- A moodboard with items is open.
Steps
Click Export at the top right of the Moodboards page.
The sheet is titled Export moodboard, then the board's name. It has four check boxes: Project title and board name, Images, Captions and Internal notes. The first three are ticked and Internal notes is not.
Tick or untick the boxes, then click Export… and choose where to save.
A note says: Private and internal notes are left out unless you tick Internal notes. Export creates a snapshot and does not change your project. Cancel closes the sheet.
What you get
You have a PDF of the board saved on your Mac.
Watch out for
- Leave Internal notes unticked when you share the PDF outside the team.
