Production PlanRename, reorder, write notes for and delete boards
Keep several boards in order and keep board-wide notes for the team.
Before you start
- At least one moodboard exists.
Steps
Look at the list of boards on the left of the page.
Each board shows its name and its item count. Click a board to open it. The picture shows Overall Look and a new, empty board, Costume.
Control-click a board in the list.
The menu offers Rename…, Board Notes…, Move Up, Move Down and Delete…. Move Up and Move Down change the order of the list.
Choose Rename…, edit Board name and click Rename.
The sheet is titled Rename moodboard. Cancel closes it with no change.
Choose Board Notes…, type in Internal notes and click Save Notes.
The sheet is titled Board notes, then the board's name. It says: For the team only. Left out of standard exports.
Choose Delete….
The sheet asks: Delete moodboard “Overall Look”? It says the board and its 3 items go to Recently Deleted and can be restored. Click Delete Moodboard to confirm, or Cancel.
What you get
Your boards are named and ordered the way you want.
Watch out for
- A deleted board, with its items, can be restored from Recently Deleted.
