Production PlanArchive or delete a location
Tidy the notebook from a card's menu, and understand what Delete does.
Before you start
- At least one location card is in the list.
Steps
Control-click a location card.
The menu offers Open, Archive and Delete…. Archive hides the place from the list. Tick Show archived to see archived places again.
Choose Delete… (or click Delete in the inspector).
The sheet is titled Delete, then the place's name, and says: It moves to Recently Deleted for 30 days with its photos and availability. Scenes keep their breakdown; the screenplay is not changed.
Click Delete to remove the place, or Cancel to keep it.
A deleted place can be restored from Recently Deleted within 30 days.
What you get
The place is archived, or it waits in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
Watch out for
- Prefer Rejected or Archive when you may want the record again.
