Production PlanRecord photos, contacts, availability and practical notes
Keep what the crew needs to know about a place in one inspector.
Before you start
- A location is open in the inspector.
Steps
Open a location. Scroll the inspector from the top.
From the top: the status switch, Photos with Add Photos, Name, Address / area, Contact, Safety with Nearest hospital and Emergency contact, Availability, and Practical notes. The footer has Delete, Archive and Open Scenes. Open Scenes is greyed out when the place has 0 scenes.
Click Add Photos and choose pictures.
A note says: The first photo is the thumbnail. Photos are stored in the project and work offline.
Fill in Contact and, under Safety, Nearest hospital and Emergency contact.
Contact and Emergency contact are private: visible to Owners and Editors only. They are never shared with OpenFrame AI or put in exports. Nearest hospital asks for the name, address and phone of the nearest emergency room.
Under Availability, choose Not available (or another type), set First day and Last day, type an optional note and click Add Dates.
Availability lists the dates you add, or says No dates entered. A note says: Dates are advisory: the schedule warns about them and never moves a scene by itself.
Under Practical notes, fill in lines such as Parking and Noise.
The picture shows Parking: Unit base in the goods yard. Practical notes are saved as you type.
What you get
The location holds its photos, safety details, availability and practical notes.
Watch out for
- Availability dates are advice only. They warn the schedule and never move a scene.
- Keep phone numbers in the private Contact and Emergency contact boxes.
