Idea VaultNarrow the vault with the side panel
Show only recent items, a collection, a folder or a tag.
Before you start
- The vault has items, collections, folders or tags.
Steps
Click Recently added.
Items are listed with the newest first.
Click Recently modified.
Items you edited last come first.
Click a collection under COLLECTIONS, for example Look and feel.
Only the items in that collection show. The number beside the collection says how many it holds.
Click a folder under FOLDERS, for example Locations.
Only the items in that folder show, in the layout you picked. In Folder view the same click opens the folder as a card page.
Click a tag under TAGS, for example opening.
Only the items with that tag show. The number beside the tag counts them.
What you get
You see only the items that match the entry you clicked.
Watch out for
- A tag with no items left shows No items have this tag any more.
