Idea Vault

Pin items to keep them at the top

Mark the items you reach for most and see them first.

Beginner5 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • The vault has at least one item.

Steps

  1. Right-click an item and click Pin.

You can also click Pin in the drawer, or select several items and click Pin in the selection bar. A message at the bottom confirms, with Undo.

  2. Right-click a pinned item to see the same menu.

The menu now says Unpin instead of Pin. A flag you set also shows in the menu as set, for example Needs Expert Check (set).

  3. Click Pinned in the side panel.

Only pinned items show. The count beside Pinned tells you how many you have. In All items, pinned items also sit at the top under PINNED.

  4. If nothing is pinned, read the message.

It says Nothing pinned yet. Pin items to keep them at the top.

  5. The Global vault shows the same message when nothing is pinned there.

Pins are separate in each vault.

What you get

Your key items stay at the top of the vault.
