OpenFrame AIApply a proposed change and undo it
Accept a Proposed Changes card, find what it added and reverse it if you change your mind.
Before you start
- OpenFrame AI has prepared a change and a Proposed Changes card is showing.
Steps
Check the card, for example Task: Book the bus for the night shoot, then click Apply Changes.
Apply Changes is the orange button under the card. The whole change runs together. If any part fails, nothing is changed.
Read the message under the card, and the message at the bottom of the window.
The panel says Applied 1 change. Use Undo to reverse it. A message at the bottom of the window reads Applied: Proposed task with an Undo link and an x to close it. The new task is now in Notes & Tasks.
To reverse the change, click Undo in that message, or press Ctrl+Z.
Everything the card changed is reversed as one step. Undo and Redo also appear in the project menu at the top left, where the entry names the change, for example AI-applied: Proposed task.
What you get
The change is in your project, and you can reverse it in one step.
Watch out for
- The Undo message does not stay on screen for long. Ctrl+Z still works, and the project menu lists the last change under Undo.
- A change you applied appears in the Recent list on the project's Home page, for example AI-applied: Proposed task.
