MoodboardsExport a moodboard as a PDF
Make a printable snapshot of one board.
Before you start
- A moodboard with some items is open.
Steps
With the board open, click Export at the top right.
Export always works on the board you have open. It does not appear until a board exists.
In the dialog Export moodboard followed by the board name, choose what goes into the PDF.
The only format is PDF printable snapshot. The check boxes are Project title and board name, Images and Captions, which start ticked, and Internal notes, which starts unticked. A note under them says private and internal notes are left out unless you tick Internal notes, and that Export creates a snapshot and does not change your project.
Click Export… and choose where to save the file in the Windows window that opens.
Cancel closes the dialog with no file made. The PDF carries a small Created using OpenFrame line.
What you get
A PDF of the board is saved where you chose.
Watch out for
- Tick Internal notes only when the PDF is for people inside your team.
