Call sheetsAttach files and reference images
Add a map, a document or pictures to the call sheet.
Before you start
- A draft call sheet is open. The file or picture is on your computer.
Steps
Choose Attachments from Add Section.
The section ATTACHMENTS & REFERENCE IMAGES opens with an Attachments block. It says No attachments yet. and has an Add file… button.
Click Add file… and pick a file in the Windows window that opens.
Any file can be chosen. A message at the bottom says Attached a file to the call sheet. The file appears as a small label with a paperclip and its name, and an x to remove it. Only the name is printed in the PDF.
Choose Reference images from Add Section.
The block says No images yet. and has an Add image… button. The Add Section menu offers it only when it is not already on the sheet.
Click Add image… and pick a picture.
The Windows window is set to picture files: png, jpg, jpeg, webp, gif and bmp. The picture appears as a small thumbnail with an x to remove it. The pictures are printed in the PDF under the same heading as the attachment names.
What you get
Your files are listed and your pictures shown at the bottom of the sheet.
Watch out for
- Click the x next to a file or picture to take it off the call sheet. This does not delete the original on your computer.
- On a final sheet the Add file… and Add image… buttons are not shown.
