BreakdownReview all suggestions for a scene at once
Accept or reject many suggestions together from one dialog.
Before you start
- The scene has suggestions. The panel shows Suggested elements with a number.
Steps
Click Review… on the yellow Suggested elements banner.
The banner counts the suggestions for this scene, for example Suggested elements: 8.
Read the dialog Suggested elements: Scene 2.
It says Grouped by category, with the text that triggered each suggestion. A yellow note repeats: Suggestions are not production data yet. Accept, edit or reject each one. Each row has a tick box, the name, the matched words with Likely match or Possible match, and a chip that says what Accept will do: New catalog item, Existing followed by the item's name, or Similar items, choose one. Every row also has its own Accept, Edit and Reject.
Untick the rows you want to leave out.
All rows start ticked. The bottom left counts them, for example 8 suggested · 8 selected.
Click Accept Selected, Reject Selected or Accept All Safe.
Accept Selected and Reject Selected act on the ticked rows. Accept All Safe accepts every suggestion except the ones marked Similar items, choose one, so it never picks a catalog item for you. Hover over Accept Selected or Accept All Safe to see a count by category. If some accepted rows still need a choice, a message says how many, and they stay in the list. The dialog closes when all suggestions are done. The X in the corner closes it earlier.
What you get
The suggestions you accepted are confirmed elements. The rest are rejected or still waiting.
Watch out for
- Accepting many suggestions is one step. Click Undo in the message to take the whole batch back.
- A suggestion marked Similar items, choose one always needs your decision. Use Edit or Accept on that row.
