ScreenplayMark a comment In Discussion, resolve it or delete it
Keep the comment list tidy as notes are dealt with.
Before you start
- The script has an open comment.
Steps
Click Actions on a comment.
The menu offers Edit, Mark In Discussion and Delete.
Choose Mark In Discussion.
The card gets an In Discussion label. It is still open. Use it for notes you are still talking about.
Click Resolve on a comment that is finished.
The comment leaves Open and moves to Resolved. The numbers change: here Open (1) and Resolved (1), and the bar reads Comments (1).
Click Resolved to see finished comments.
A resolved card says Resolved and offers Reply and Reopen. Click Reopen to put the comment back in Open.
What you get
Open comments are the ones that still need attention.
Watch out for
- Delete removes a comment for good. Resolve keeps it in the Resolved list.
