ScheduleSet the crew call and wrap for a day
Enter the day's times and read the estimated timeline.
Before you start
- The day detail page is open.
Steps
In Day times, click the Crew call box and type a time as HH:MM.
The panel says: Enter a crew call or shooting start to see estimated start times and the wrap. Until you do, no timeline is shown.
Type a Shooting start and, if you want one, a Target wrap.
The picture shows 07:00, 08:00 and 19:00. The note says: An estimate from the scene estimates and breaks. A time earlier than the crew call counts as after midnight.
Read the Timeline of Shoot Day 1 that appears below the scenes.
It lists Crew call, Shooting starts, each scene with its estimate or No estimate, each break, and Estimated wrap. A message says Changed the call and wrap times of Shoot Day 1, with Undo.
What you get
The day has call, start and wrap times and a timeline built from your estimates.
Watch out for
- The estimated wrap is only as good as your estimates. Scenes marked No estimate add no time.
