Production PlanExport a shot list
Save the shot list as a PDF, CSV or Excel file.
Before you start
- At least one scene has shots.
Steps
Click Export at the top right of the Shot Lists page.
The sheet is titled Export Shot List. Format offers PDF, CSV and Excel (XLSX). Under What to export, choose Current scene, Selected scenes or Whole project.
For Whole project, decide whether to tick Include shots of scenes removed from the script.
That box is for the whole project only. Click Export… and choose where to save, or Cancel to close the sheet.
What you get
You have a shot list file saved on your Mac.
Watch out for
- The file includes only the scenes you chose under What to export.
