PackagesSend the Beat Board for review
Export a Beat Board Package of the whole board or of one act.
Before you start
- The project has a Beat Board.
Steps
Choose File > Share for Review > Beat Board Package….
The same submenu as for the script.
In the Beat Board Package window, choose a Scope.
It asks: Which part of the Beat Board do I share, and what comes with it? Whole Beat Board sends everything. One Act sends a single act. Include comments and Include attachments are choices, and Include private notes (not allowed in review packages) is off.
If you chose One Act, pick the act in the Act menu.
Until an act is chosen, the window says Act is required. and the package cannot be made.
Click Export Package… and choose where to save the file.
The file ends in .ofstory. Send it by any normal file transfer. Cancel closes the window.
What you get
A Beat Board Package ready to send.
Watch out for
- If Export Package… does nothing, check for the message Act is required. and choose an act.
