PackagesCheck the import and export history
See every package this project exported or imported, and what happened.
Before you start
- A project is open.
Steps
Choose File > Import & Export History….
The window says: Every package this project exported or imported, and what happened. It has four tabs: Imports, Review records, My reviews and Package log. With nothing imported yet, Imports says No imports yet and Undo removes everything one import added, as long as it wasn't changed afterwards.
Look at the Imports tab after an import.
Each import shows the file name, the type (for example Response package · from “Night Bus”), what happened (Imported: 1 comment was applied.), its status Applied and the date and time. You can undo an import from here as long as what it added was not changed afterwards.
Click Review records.
A stale package can be kept as a separate review record instead of being imported. With none kept it says No review records.
Click My reviews.
Review packages you opened are listed, for example Night Bus: Example-Short (imported), with an Open button to read it again.
Click Package log.
A list of every import, export and backup, for example Exported Screenplay review package “Night Bus review.ofscriptreview” (10 scenes; private notes excluded), Exported project package “Night Bus.ofproject” and Created backup “Night Bus backup.ofbackup”. Click Close when you are done.
