Notes and TasksFilter tasks by status and by owner
Show only the tasks you want to see.
Before you start
- The project has several tasks.
Steps
Click Done to see finished tasks.
Open, Done and All are in the Tasks heading. Each shows how many tasks it holds.
Click All.
Open and done tasks are listed together. A done task keeps its ticked box and is labelled Reopen.
Click the owner menu, which says Anyone, and choose Me.
Only tasks that have you as owner remain. Choose Anyone to see every task again.
What you get
The Tasks list shows just the status and owner you chose.
Watch out for
- If a task seems to be missing, check that the filter is not set to Done or to Me.
