HomeFind and restore an archived project
Open the archive, bring a project back to your main list, or open it where it is.
Before you start
- At least one project is archived, so Open Archived shows on Application Home.
Steps
Click Open Archived at the right of the page.
The page is titled Archived projects and says: Archived projects are not deleted. They stay on your computer and can be restored at any time. Each row shows the title, the type and Last modified, an Archived label, and the buttons Restore and Open. Search and Back to projects are at the top right.
Click Restore on the project you want back, or Open to open it without restoring it.
Restore returns the project to your main list. Open lets you work in an archived project where it is. The message at the bottom after archiving says to find the project with Show archived. On this page the button is named Open Archived.
Once the last archived project is restored, read the page.
A message says the project is back in your projects. The page says No archived projects. Archive a project from its menu to tidy your list without deleting anything. Click Back to projects to see the card in the main list again.
What you get
The project is back among your projects, exactly as you left it.
Watch out for
- Use the Search box on the Archived projects page to narrow a long list.
