HomeArchive a project to tidy your list
Hide a project from the main list without deleting it.
Before you start
- A project card is on Application Home.
Steps
Click Actions on the project you want to hide, then choose Archive.
Archive keeps everything on your Mac. Use it for projects you have paused or finished. Delete Project… is the other, permanent choice.
Read the message at the top: “Empty Short” was archived.
The message adds that the project is not deleted. The card leaves the list and the button at the right now reads Open Archived (1). The number counts your archived projects. When every project left in the list is pinned, the page says Every project here is pinned above.
What you get
The project no longer shows in your main list, and it is safe in the archive.
Watch out for
- Archiving does not delete anything. If a project seems to have vanished, click Open Archived.
