Steps

The menu lists Details, Rename, Move to, Reveal in Finder, Export Copy… and Delete. The More actions button on the row opens the same menu.

  2. Or click More actions on the file's row.

This is the same menu, opened from the button instead of by right-clicking.

  3. Read the File details panel at the right.

It shows the file name, a Close button, Name, Folder, and Where. Where shows Stored in project with the type and size (for example Text · 78 B) and the line A copy is stored inside the project folder and travels with the project. Below are Notes, then the original file name with the dates Added and Changed.

  4. Click Open at the bottom right of the panel to open the file in its own app, or Close to hide the panel.

Reveal in Finder shows the file in Finder, and Export Copy… saves a copy somewhere else. Delete moves the file to Recently Deleted.
