StoryboardsExport storyboards as a PDF
Make a printable sheet of the panels of one, several or all storyboards.
Before you start
- The project has at least one storyboard.
Steps
Click Export at the top right.
Export is greyed out when the project has no storyboards.
In the Export Storyboard dialog, choose what to include.
The dialog says it makes a clean storyboard sheet with panels, shot numbers, descriptions and framing. Choose Current storyboard (with the open one's name), All storyboards or Selected storyboards. Selected storyboards lets you tick which ones. The format is PDF printable snapshot. Panels per row offers 2 (recommended) or 3. Include shot notes is unticked and adds each shot's notes to the sheet. A note says private notes are excluded and that Export creates a snapshot and does not change your project.
Click Export… and choose where to save the file in the Windows window that opens.
Cancel closes the dialog with no file made.
What you get
A PDF with your panels is saved where you chose.
Watch out for
- Private notes never go into the sheet.
