Notes and tasksFind a note
Narrow Project Notes to the notes that match a word.
Before you start
- The project has some notes.
Steps
Type a word in Search notes, for example permit.
The list narrows as you type. Only Permits remains. The Tasks list on the right is not affected by this box.
If nothing matches, the Project Notes list is empty for that word.
Here zzzz matches nothing. Clear the box to see every note again.
What you get
You find the note you wanted.
Watch out for
- This box searches notes only. To search the whole project, use the search box at the top of the window.
