Call sheets

Work with a call sheet whose shooting day was deleted

Know what still works when the source day is removed from the schedule.

Intermediate3 stepsWindows

Before you start

  • A call sheet exists for a shooting day that was later deleted from the schedule.

Steps

  1. Open Call Sheets and look at the row for the deleted day.

The row says Shoot Day 4 (day deleted) in small type, and its status shows Needs refresh.

  2. Open the sheet and read the yellow banner.

It says The shooting day of this call sheet was deleted. The call sheet stays readable and unchanged. The day link in the Source panel reads Shoot Day 4 (deleted), and Refresh from schedule is greyed out because there is nothing to update from.

  3. Keep editing, finalize or export if you still need the sheet.

The editor, Add Section, Finalize… and Export PDF are still there. If you only need the PDF, export it now.

What you get

You can still read, export or delete the sheet, even though it can no longer refresh.

Watch out for

  • The review dialog for such a sheet says The shooting day of this call sheet was deleted, so there is nothing to update from. and offers no way to apply.
