BreakdownSee every scene that uses an item
Narrow the scene list to the scenes where one catalog item is needed.
Before you start
- The element is linked to a catalog item.
Steps
Open the ... menu on the element and choose Show all scenes with this item.
You reach the same view from the Production Catalog, where an item can open Breakdown with its scenes. Open in Catalog in the same menu does the opposite and takes you to the item in the Catalog.
Read the blue bar under the source bar and look at the scene list.
The bar says, for example, Showing the 1 scene that use Soldering iron (Props). The list keeps only those scenes. Click Show all scenes at the right of the bar to return to the full list.
What you get
You see which scenes need the item, then go back to all scenes.
Watch out for
- The scene count in the chip beside Scenes still names the full Production Source. Look at the blue bar to know the list is narrowed.
