StoryCollapse, zoom and change the layout of the board
Fit a big board on the screen by folding acts and sequences, zooming and switching between columns and rows.
Before you start
- The Beat Board has several acts or sequences.
Steps
Click the arrow at the left of a sequence name to fold it.
A folded sequence shows only its name and count. Click the arrow again to open it.
Click the arrow at the left of an act title to fold the whole act.
The act shrinks to its title, its scene count and Options. The arrow's accessibility name changes to Expand and then the act's name.
Click Horizontal in the toolbar.
Acts become rows that run across the screen, with the Parking Lot underneath. Use this when your cards have long text or you want to read a sequence from left to right.
Click Vertical to go back to columns. Use Zoom Out and Zoom In to resize.
Vertical puts each act in its own column. The zoom percentage between the buttons shows the current size.
What you get
The board fits your screen the way you prefer.
Watch out for
- Folding and zooming change only your view. No card moves.
