ScreenplayFill in the title page
Enter the title, credit and contact lines shown on the printed title page.
Before you start
- A screenplay is open.
Steps
Choose Screenplay Tools, then Title Page….
The sheet says: Shown on the title page when you export or print. It has the Page and Title Page tabs, and the form: Title, Credit, Written by, Based on, Draft line, Revision line, Date, Contact name, Address and Phone. A preview of the title page sits beside the form.
Fill in the lines you want, for example the Date and a Phone number.
The preview updates as you type. Its label shows the paper, here A4. Lines you leave empty are left off the page.
Click Save.
A notice reads Saved the title page.
What you get
The title page shows your lines in Page View, Print Preview and the exported script.
Watch out for
- The title page prints only when Include the title page when exporting and printing is ticked in Page Setup, and Title page is ticked at export.
